Food Diary- Day 12

Breakfast
- 1 bowl sweet corn kernels with 1 teaspoon butter, quarter teaspoon salt and a sprinkling of mixed dried herbs

Lunch
- Bak Kut Teh with rice
- 10 seedless black grapes

Snack
- Popcorn chicken
- Papaya
- 1 Kinder Surprise chocolate

Dinner
- 1 peanut cookie
- 1 green apple Vitagen
