First, a 5 minute foot soak. The water was cold...



Then I had my weight,photos and measurements taken before being hooked up to the padding machine for 20 minutes. This treatment is the Tummy, Hips and Thighs Trimmer. 2 pads were strapped to my thighs and another 2 pads were placed on my tummy. I was told that the vibrating currents are used to break apart the fat cells.



Next, the Apple Stem Cell Therapy, a mask, was applied on my thighs and a heating lamp(Slender Light) is used to enhance penetration of the mask. The light is very warm and was quite uncomfortable. It felt a little burning. This treatment took 20 minutes and I was done.

Plus Points: Quick treatment session. Knowledgeable consultants and friendly therapists. Good, quiet location. Flexible instalment plans with a wide range of credit cards from 3 months to 24 months repayment accepted. Service charge by credit card companies are absorbed by the company.

Minus Points: Slightly uncomfortable treatment. My consultant, Rachel, was only slightly pushy with the package. Therapists are very young and seem to lack communication skills and knowledge about the treatments, but are friendly.

Note: I was informed that results would be apparent after 5 visits. Look out for an upcoming update after my 5th visit.
