I'm finally getting started on some sort of diet...
(Well I would have gotten started yesterday but Fel just had to tempt me with Katsu curry and Ebi Fry for dinner... with the reasoning that the diet can always start tomorrow, or maybe the day after? Thanks!)
Decided to keep track of what I eat. So here goes...
Breakfast
- 1 tau sar piah(courtesy of Fel)
Lunch
- 2 boiled chicken fillets with 1 rounded teaspoon of Samsui Ginger
- 10 black seedless grapes
- 2 dark chocolate coated almond clusters
Snack
- 1 tau sar piah(really love these salted ones from Balestier 603 that Fel bought!)
Dinner
- Rock Melon
- Peach Vitagen
I got really hungry by 8pm and so was in a foul mood. Cheered myself up watching Absolute Boyfriend and drooling over Jiro.
