Breakfast
- 1 bowl sweet corn kernels with 1 teaspoon butter, quarter teaspoon salt and a sprinkling of mixed dried herbs
- Handful of popcorn chicken
Lunch
- 1 packet fried beehoon
-1 chicken wing
- 1 cube of chocolate with fruit and nut
Snack
- 2 mini tuna bun
Dinner
- Beef soup with stomach, lean meat, beef balls and beansprouts
- Soya bean milk
