Quite a number of Japanese fashion labels popular in Shibuya 109 and referred to as "Shibuya Girls' Style" are available in Hong Kong. Unfortunately, more niche fashion brands(including my favourite- MARS) are still unavailable outside the big cities in Japan.
Nevertheless, a trip to Hong Kong is certainly much friendlier on the wallet, and these Japanese brands are worth checking out if you're in the city.
1)JFT is a company carrying multiple brands from Japan including Gimlet, Datura, Lip Service, Dazzlin, Swanky, Barak, Delyle, Egoist and Titty. Their flagship store is located in Causeway Bay.

2)2% is a unisex Hong Kong fashion brand inspired by Japanese fashion, constantly featured in the Chinese edition of Vivi magazine. Vivi model Lena Fujii fronts their latest campaign. Outlets are dotted throughout Hong Kong and prices are affordable. They even have 2 branches in Malaysia, at The Gardens in Mid-Valley and Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall
3)Liz Lisa is a very popular Japanese brand known for its florals, pastels and bohemian styles.
There are 4 outlets in Hong Kong, 2 in Macau, 5 in Taiwan and 1 in Shanghai. It is available in Sogo- Causeway Bay MTR Station Exit D2/D3/D4 or Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station Exit J2/J4. View the complete directory of stores here.
4)Esperanza, the famous shoe brand, is also available in Sogo.5)Bunka is available at Sogo too.
6)Moussy and BLACK by Moussy are both located next to each other(Shop No. 502 and 504 respectively) in Times Square, Causeway Bay.
7)SLY has 4 outlets in Hong Kong, 2 in Kowloon and 2 in Causeway Bay. SLY occupies Shop 503 in Times Square.
8)Gilfy has a store in Causeway Bay and Tsim Sha Tsui.
9)Love Girls Market has a branch in Tsim Sha Tsui, The ONE.
10)Peach John, a lingerie line, is located at the World Trade Centre in Causeway Bay and in Tsim Sha Tsui.
