이게 뭐예요? What is this?
모자예요. It's a hat.
가방이에요. It's a bag.
저게 뭐예요? What is that?
누구 가예요? Whose is it?

가: 누구 가방이에요? Whose bag is it?
나: 제 거예요. It's mine.

제 거 means "mine". 내 거 is a casual way of saying "mine".
미나 씨 거 means "It's Mina's." 씨 is a polite way of referring to someone, much like Mr, Miss, Mrs etc.
