Food Diary- Day 3 + Pure Yoga

Resolved to try harder today, without much success...

Breakfast
- Papaya

Lunch
- Teochew fish porridge
- KFC popcorn chicken
- 10 seedless black grapes

Snack
- Rock melon

Dinner
- 1 stick Tori-Q Chicken Balls
- 1 stick Tori-Q Chicken Skin(Soooo good... a taste of heaven on earth! Wish could eat more...)

Supper
- Rock Melon

Wondering why dinner and supper is so weird right? Here's why...

Arranged with a  friend to go try the 7.15pm hot yoga class at Pure Yoga. Stopped by Popular at Toa Payoh on the way to buy some assessment books for Chayna(she LOVES doing homework!) and arrived at Pure Yoga at 7.05pm.

Would have been in good time if not for me doing something silly... I put my bag into the locker and accidentally locked it without remembering the code! Had to go to the counter and get someone to open the locker for me...

Naturally ended up going to the studio 5 mins late... and they didn't let us in!!! So there we were, 2 idiots standing outside the studio...

Went back to the counter to ask if we could do another class instead. But the next available class for beginners was Yin Yoga at 8.15pm.

Since it was only 7.25pm we went down to the basement and bought Tori-Q to eat before going back up again at 8pm.

The Yin Yoga class was rather empty, maybe 10 people in all, and the teacher had enough time to go around and check everyone's posture. It was a gentle yoga, very relaxing and enjoyable. I almost fell asleep...

Didn't perspire at all(since its done in room temperature) but felt very positive and revitalised.

Went home and did some Japanese grammar practices then realised I was HUNGRY. Must eat something before going to sleep...
