Food Diary- Day 4

 Thought I was doing pretty well until dinner... too hungry...

Breakfast
- Yogurt with apple and pomelo

Lunch
- 2 boiled chicken fillets with 1 rounded teaspoon Samsui Ginger
- 1 head of baby butterhead lettuce
- Papaya

Snack
- 1 Kagi mini dark chocolate wafer
- 2 dark chocolate-coated almond clusters

Dinner
- Chicken rice
- Papaya
- Peach Vitagen
