Fail Fail Fail today! I realised it's way harder to eat healthy when I go out cos there's just so much yummy food around to tempt me! At home it's much easier cos there aren't many options...

Lunch
- 1 you tiao
- 1 bowl sweet potato porridge with salted vegetables and Kung Pao chicken
- 2 Meiji Melty Kiss strawberry chocolate
Snack
- Yogurt with apple and pomelo
- 2 tablespoons rice with beef rendang
- 2 Melty Kiss strawberry chocolate
Dinner
- Half plate fried beehoon
- Quarter fried taukwa, Quarter ngo hiang, Quarter fried fishcake, 4 slices of cucumber
- 1 can Pokka green tea
