Food Diary- Day 6 + Pure Yoga

 Went to try the Hot Hatha class at Pure Yoga today... Oh my! It was so different from the Yin Yoga class!

The consultant had informed me that it was a beginner's class done in a room heated to 38 degrees... but it was very difficult! Just goes to show how unfit I am! Nearing the end of the class I started to feel giddy and light-headed, probably from the heat and all the perspiration. It was definitely more intense than the Hot Yoga class I tried at True Yoga.

Breakfast
- Papaya

Lunch
- Half can tuna with chilli in olive oil
- 1 head baby butterhead lettuce
- 10 seedless black grapes

Snack
- 1 pack Chocolate Pocky
- Papaya
- 1 stick Tori-Q chicken skin(soooo good... I can't say no to it!)

Dinner
- Half plate rice with fish curry
- Ice tea
