Weekends are my "weak" days... temptation everywhere!
The only consolation I have is that I managed to squeeze in about 20 mins of swimming- which I promptly ruined by pigging out over my buffet dinner....
Breakfast
- 1 mini tuna bun
- Papaya
- 1 chicken nugget
Lunch
- 1 popiah
- 1 hashbrown
- 2 chicken nuggets
- Grape Vitagen
Snack
- Handful of Garrett's Caramel Popcorn
- 1 slice crusty bread with butter
Dinner
- Steamboat BBQ buffet at Punggol Marina Sakura restaurant... I ate too much to keep track of!
- 1 Detox Plum
