Today was another major pig-out day... how depressing! Just can't seem to stop myself from eating stuff if it's there! Will-power totally fail!

- Half plate of Nasi Lemak rice with egg white, 2 fish and 1 bagedel
- 10 seedless black grapes
Snack
- 1 bagedel
- 5 fishballs
Dinner
- Laksa
- Peach Vitagen
